And we're looking for someone to help us build a strong, differentiated and aspirational retail brand and experience What you'll do: - Build and execute the store marketing strategy with a view to drive footfalls to stores. Build awareness and perception for the retail division of John Jacobs. - Execute the brand and consumer engagement programs in-store; - Drive local level marketing including BTL, VM, and campaign rollouts - Plan and execute launch for all new stores through marketing activations - Deliver cost efficiencies through finding new approaches (in VM, BTL, etc.) - Coordinate with vendors and store personnel to execute in-store activities - For approved activities, share reports on the outcome and learnings - Periodic store audits to assess customer experience gaps & recommend corrections Must Haves: - Understand consumer personas & leverage this to improve in store marketing - Experience in strategizing and planning campaigns to drive store footfall - Demonstrated ability to build in store customer experience life cycle - Specialist in planning & implementation of BTL activities - ROI driven approach: Identify, measure & drive business impact from campaigns - Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders internally and externally.
