What you'll do: Be the face of our brand for every talented professional out there! Tell every prospect why John Jacobs is the best place to work and build a pipeline of talent to work with us in our endeavour to be the #1 eyewear brand in the world! 1) Leading employment branding across functions 2) Handle the Talent Acquisition marketing mandate, leveraging internal audience as well as using LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Social media, Events and other assets to help position John Jacobs as the employer of choice in all key markets 3) Develop and manage the content strategy for recruiting with a specific focus on different channels - digital, mobile etc. 4) Author and distribute jobs and career content on all recruiting-related company profiles and pages - including our career site, blog, social media profiles and employer marketing sites 5) Build and engage passive pools for our key skill areas. 6) Partner with our recruitment and marketing teams to implement marketing programs to make John Jacobs an aspirational employer brand 7) Drive Corporate PR to build awareness for the brand 8) Be accountable for our relations with key campuses. 9) Design and execute our campus internship, hiring and engagement program. 10) Position employee referral programs to foster referrals as a top source of hires. 11) Report out progress against success measures/ ROI of TA marketing efforts suggesting insights and drive strategic or continuous improvement actions. Must Haves: 1) 3 to 5 years of experience in creating and growing a global employer brand in a fast-paced, disruptive environment. 2) Clear understanding of the various Talent Acquisition marketing channels 3) Experience in program managing, developing communication plans and content calendars across multiple platforms 4) Experience in campus hiring and working with University/ campus ambassadors 5) A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent segments and personas, to be able to drive custom campaigns to a varied audience 6) Excellent project and stakeholder management across functions - Tech, Marketing, Retail, HR, etc. 7) Ability to build partnerships and forge relationships with stakeholders outside the organization 8) Experience in reporting campaign performance for Talent Acquisition marketing efforts.
