What you'll do:
1. Personalization
- Evaluate digital journeys across channels in order to improve conversion
- Customer Personalization through various customer journeys across platforms
- Audience Segmentation and Engagement Strategies
2. Optimization
- Work with product marketing team to improve customer touch points
- Track conversion, funnel metrics and aim to optimize each channel
- Create lead scoring models and improve reach and sales
3. Analysis and CRM
- Analyze the existing data and take actions
- Ensure data accuracy and precise attribution model
- Daily data tracking and improvement
4. Reporting and MIS
- Maintain relevant data in order to provide clear analysis and actionable findings
- Present insights and data based recommendations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless analytics
- Flash daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards for the leadership team
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM campaign creation and analytics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling a team of 2 or more people
