John Jacobs - Business Development Role - Retail Expansion

John Jacobs Eyeware is looking for Business Development Executive-Retail Expansion, who will be working with the business team in a very ownership driven role.

Basic Profile:

- Professional who is self-driven, interactive and a divergent thinker.

- Achieve no. of store openings in the markets identified as per the business plan.Must have a proven track record.

- Conduct financial analysis and technical feasibility of the site.

- Streamline and formulate robust legal agreement for new stores with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate organizational risk exposure

- Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective landlords

The Successful Candidate :

- Must have relevat 2-5 years of experience.

- Ready to join a fast paced organization.

- Prior experience in Fashion Retail sector.

- A self-driven and target achieving individual

- Strong Retail/Real Estate experience and relationships

- Working on projects from targeting the right location till store opening phase

- Understanding of market and catchment areas

- Analytical skills to collate and generate reports for projects
