What you'll do : The role is to execute strong profit & loss management, people management, merchandise management, marketing activations and drive retail operational excellence through training and SOP rollout - Manage the P&L within allocated budget in order to affect a profitable performance for the area - Drive healthy retail KPIs to ensure the achievement of monthly and annual targets - Monitor operations & ensure compliance adherence in cash management, stock management, cost management, staff attendance etc. - Drive regular store audits and improve on the gaps - Merchandise planning with strong focus on product mix and regional nuances on consumer choices - Drive marketing campaigns for stores through BTL activations in close coordination with marketing team - Drive continuous engagement & development of frontend employees Must Haves : - High level of ownership and willingness to set up things from scratch - Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills - Strong analytical skills with ability to generate meaningful insights - Advanced Excel Skills - Bias for action
