Building a portfolio of products in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics space for Secondary School Segment. We have Indian partners for the Learning Management System component and we are developing content specifically for the East African students. Position : Product Coordinator Location : Kampala, Uganda Role : - Discover market opportunities, develop new courses to address these opportunities, bring them to market, drive enrollments, ensure learning outcomes for learners. - Drive Sales and Marketing Strategies - Build new sales partnerships - Building new courses/upgrading existing courses with price, markets, value-proposition, differentiators. - Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics, test the platform - Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture, third party integration - Manage Development team, production team and sales team- Overall central coordination. - Liaise with Third Parties and Government entities for integrations and promotions - Create and Guide Quality Assurance - Manage Customer success, mentor customer service team to manage troubleshooting - Responsibility to make yearly budgets and to drive revenues as projected Requirements : - Experience with Agile frameworks, lean methodologies - Product management, Kanban certification desired but not mandatory - Excellent Coordination and Vendor Management skills - Must use project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Projects, Trello or Asana - Min. 5 years of relevant experience in Product Development and Sales - Solid communication skills - Good Stakeholder management skills - Good Sales Acumen - Min. Bachelor's degree in CSC/ECE/ELCTC - Work experience in the Education technology space will be an added bonus
