Joban Group - Lead - Business Development

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Working on ground activations

- Organising trainings for schools and teachers

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Providing product development team insights on requirements

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Developing process for video production

- Overseeing video production team

- Developing brand collaboration and product partnerships

- Developing sales plan and targets

- Contributing to strategy of the company and product offering

Qualifications:

B.A/ B.SC with a Masters in Marketing Studies or Masters in Business Administration from a reputed college

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or related field.

- Must have worked for a technology startup

- Education Technology StartUp Experience is a bonus

- Experience in an advertising agency or video content is preferred

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
