These include Product Managers, Architects, Business Heads, Operations, Quality Assurance, etc.  Qualification and skills:  B.E/ B.Tech(Computer science) from IIT and REC colleges with over 7 to 10 years of exp with at least 5-6 years of exp in Project management and handling teams.   Should have:  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills including designing/programming skills, excellent web concepts and exposure to Linux/Unix environment.
