Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune

Position - Lead Recruiter / Manager with a Team of Search/ recruitment consultants) across location: North ( Gurgaon) - South ( Bangalore) & West ( Pune)

Experience - 3- 7 Years

Job Description -

- The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment & selection across levels and domains on a PAN India level for large well known and most respected global IT Clients at Mid and Senior level : 8 yrs to 20 yrs.

- Area of Work: Technology, ie Infrastructure, Presales, Software, hardware, Services, Solution Architects, Presales, Front Lines Sales,Application Architect, Enterprise Architects, BUH, Director technologues. Delivery head banking Solutions , Manager Analytics: SAP, Oracle Consultants: functional & technical. etc

- This would include devising ways to improve the TAT and adopt most innovative ways and means of reaching out to the best candidates Using Linkedin , Twitter, Yahoo groups etc rather than just using Naukri & Monster

- This will also involve building connect with Client and the different stake holders of the client business.

- Should be able to build Trust and Confidence with the Client so that we continue to get the best requirments from time to time.

- Should be exceptional in Delivery and ensuring the Delivery Schedules are met from time to time.

Desired Profile -

- The applicant must be B.tech & MBA in HR with good recruitment experience with Recruitment or Search Firms

- Must have done extensive hiring (not just sourcing) for atleast 3 to 5 yrs

- Should not have changed more than 2 job so far

- Must have worked in fast paced environments with exposure to P&L management (preferable)

- Preferably a 2005- 2007 passout

- Scholastic academic background is a must.

- Must be people oriented and affable; should have an aptitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment and flexible with working hours.

- Should be an "Out of the Box thinker"

- Should have good communication skills and extremely good interpersonal skills.

- Experience of a start up will be an added advantage.

- Should possess own conveyance.

- Compensation should not be a limiting factor for the most desireable candidates

- No corporate experience, only Recruitment & Search firm experience

- Must be open to travelling

Location - Gurgaon/Bangalore/ Pune

Salary - Current CTC of 3.5L – 6L and Expected upto 7-7.5 lakhs

Annual bonus: Retention Bonus

Profit Sharing in long Run.

Should be Confident fo Handling the SHOW independently at the above locations

Expected Date of Onboarding: 01/01/2012
