Qualification - MBA from a premiere institute

Job Description :

Job Purpose :

- To ensure overall implementation of Job Analysis and Evaluation in the Group as a key input into all HR Processes across all businesses and geographies.

Job Context & Major Challenges :

- The Group has a presence in a number of diversified industries across several countries in the world.

- Job Analysis and evaluation is a common tool to evaluate jobs across businesses, It is a key input into recruitment processes ( for writing job descriptions and providing position specs) as well as talent management ( by calibrating and comparing job sizes).

Job Analysis and Evaluation has been initiated by the Group as a key input into all HR Processes.

- The Job Evaluation initiative involves gradual replacement of existing grade / designation based systems in the Group.

- The initiative involves influencing and changing mindsets of all management cadre employees across the Group through continual training and communication.

- It is responsible to ensure training and also personally train job evaluators and HR professionals across the Group to implement the process in their respective business.

- It also involves building linkages of various HR Processes to the new Job Evaluation system.
