Teams Team of developers, senior developers, testers, Developer/test leads, BA and Managers (~30 people) Role Description - Role Requirements Primary responsibilities : - Managing delivery of multiple projects in the implementation team by providing technical leadership across multiple projects. - Competency and performance management, define and implement effective competency framework for implementation team - Defining KPIs with stakeholders and managing performance of the Implementation teams across multiple levels - Manage stakeholders, able to work with teams across multiple locations - Manage and drive multiple sprints or delivery teams and be able to design best practices and process that can effectively deliver high quality product solutions - Involve in design reviews and end to end delivery management. - Vendor co ordination and management - Recruitment and trainings through internal or external resources for all the team members based on competency frameworks & project pipelines. - Defining metrics, processes, reports, and systems to ensure delivery is managed - Ensure CMMiLevel 5 practices to be followed in the Implementation area - Drive adherence to best practices as part of knowledge management - Implement best practices in Implementationteams and influence stakeholder decisions, - Manage, execute and own transition plans and all operational related tasks. - Responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with the on-shore JLT team, ensuring there is effective two-way communication, knowledge sharing and reporting - Leader of change and sponsor's initiatives, primarily through the Technical Forums - Creating a working environment which encourages ideas and focuses on continuous improvement - Onboarding a significant number of new recruits whilst maintaining the productivity of the team Technical Skills - Comes from a very strong product Implementation background, with expertise across technology stacks on .Net and experience of BPM - Strong in web-based systems architecture, service-based and cloud-based architecture and be able to provide technical leadership in product based setup - Very good communication skills, ability to prepare Implementation strategy, plans & reports for complicated systems - Previous experience building teams and working with on-shore counterparts. - Good insurance/employee benefits domain knowledge(nice-to-have) - Strong understanding of Implementation methodologies and processes, including tools and usage of tools to gain edge in productivity and solutions - Strong practice management and delivery management skills - Proven experience on handling multiple implementation projects - Ability to generate Implementation metrics - Good vendor management experience General Skills - Excellent communication skills - People management skills - Analytical bent of mind - Very good stakeholder management skills - Able to work and deliver in a multi stakeholder environment with matrix reporting structures. Preferred candidate profile : Prior Experience - 15-18 years experience from leading IT services/ Captive units leading Implementation practices with strong product Implementation management background and exceptional people management skills - Experience of managing implementation team (30-50) - Should have worked with stakeholders and businesses in UK - Should have managed large Insurance/financial services product implementationengagements - Should have experience of managing vendor teams - Should have worked on product implementation with exposure on enhancements Education/ Qualification BE, MCA, or MBA or M Tech
