Occupancy Planning - Regional Operations Manager  Job Title : Occupancy Planning - Regional Operations Manager India  Business Unit : Integrated Facilities Management   Department : Corporate Solutions  Location : India Based, covering Pan-India  Objective : Provide Account Management / Operational support, Transition Services support, and Business Development support for the India Occupancy Planning business   Accountabilities : Account Management / Operational Support  - Provide Governance and oversight on existing OP accounts to ensure scope and KPIs are met and clients are satisfied. Be an escalation point for OP related issues and drive resolution  - Develop annual business plans with Team Leads on each account and provide ongoing and clear direction in helping the account teams to meet their plan objectives  - Identify, lead and support efforts to increase the scope of existing account engagements where feasible / applicable  - Ensure each account team is engaged and empowered to deliver an exceptional quality of service to their Client, as reflected by Client feedback, and work with each account team on continuous improvements. This requires regular communication and prompt feedback with Team Leads and account staff.  - Provide resourcing support to each account as required, including assistance with staff replacements, new hires and career path guidance for existing staff.  - Drive consistent implementation of OP processes and Best Practices, monitor and integrate regional sensitivity requirements  - Support and drive a sense of innovation within each team and across the Regional practice  - Alert the Head of Occupancy Planning to any potential problems and their resolution / mitigation  - Support work stream integration and delivery with other departments as appropriate  Account Management / Operational Support :   - Develop SMEs within the region, assisting with the SME Training program as required  - Assist OP Leadership with development of Community of Practice Training Materials, and Lead Community of Practice sessions as required  - Pro-actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success for OP Practice team members across the Region.  India OP Business Development :  - Assist the Head of OP APAC with Business Development opportunities, including assistance with Proposal and Presentation development IFM Bid Responses, Pricing Analysis, and participation in internal and external Business Development meetings / presentations as required.  - Identification of new business opportunities, including regular engagement with key internal stakeholders and marketing groups to ensure OP is properly represented  - Respond to potential OP opportunities or queries from key internal stakeholders as required  - Assist the Head of OP APAC to develop ideas and strategies that meet the changing demands of the firm and our clients, to create both strategic and tactical solutions  Key Result Areas :   - Provide Superior Client Service   - Provide Superior Employee Management   - Enhance own professional and personal skills  - Contribute to the growth of the company  - Meet assigned financial targets  Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience :   Leadership :   - Acts as a role model for JLL by behaving consistently with cultural and ethical requirements of the firm and participating in company activities.  - Engages with and leads clients to ensure first class delivery quality for the assigned projects  Personal Effectiveness :   - Works with the Occupancy Planning and Workplace Services team to deliver superior service  - Is strongly goal-oriented to meet all performance targets  - Seeks out improvement opportunities and engages necessary resources or assistance to implement them  Decision Making :   - Sets stretch targets for self and others. Rigorously monitors and manages individual and project performance  - Actively seeks out opportunities to achieve best results  Communication :   - Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with Clients and Account teams at all levels  - Listens effectively and communicates through actions and example  Other :   - Experience with Occupancy Planning, including specifically CAFM or IWMS technologies in support of space data management highly desirable  - Experience with Experience with Workplace Services / Workplace Strategy and / or Commercial Office Design beneficial  - Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills essential  - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline such as architecture, design, project management or building engineering, or proven relevant experience  - 8 -12 years working experience in a corporate environment  - Excellent leadership skills  - Excellent communication skills  - Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite of products, CAD and CAFM, experience essential   - Fluent in spoken and written English; with other Asian language skills beneficial  - Flexibility to travel regularly (typically within India)  Reporting Relationships :   - Direct Manager  - Matrix Manager  - Direct Reports  - Matrix Reports  - Head of Occupancy Planning, APAC   - Account team leads
