Job Title : Property Manager

Direct Manager : Operations Manager

Objective - To provide an efficient and effective Property Management service, ensuring professional and proactive management approach.

Accountabilities :

Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations

- Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, technical customer care services etc.).

- Monitor SLA's & KPI's towards effective service delivery

- Proactive liaison with local municipal authorities

- Assists in administration activities

- Processes invoices for management approval

- Assists with the administration of inventory control programs and systems

- Coordinates approval of contracts, notices and other time-sensitive documents

- Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment

- Writes vendor contract specifications

- Manages critical relationships with client, residents and key vendors

- Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors

- Responds quickly to emergency situations

- Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills

- Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested

- Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- A bachelor's/PG degree with 5 - 7 years experience in Hospitality/Property management Industry

- Ability to train, assign, organize, prioritize, motivate, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned employees and contractors

- Ability to prepare and present accurate and reliable reports containing findings and recommendations

- Ability to comprehend and follow safety rules and regulations

- Ability to communicate well with others, both orally and in writing

- Ability to perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines and emergency situations
