Objective

Accountabilities

- Oversight for delivery of multiple projects and act as the single point of contact for Client RE contacts and act escalation point for maintaining and coordinating delivery standards across all locations.

- Understand and develop client's pipeline, complete plans that develop relationships and have defined financial success measure's agreed with the Accounts Director.

- Program management for all projects across India

- Co-ordinate with City GM's to get proper resources allocated for each project.

- Assist the client to make initial project budget.

- Act as point of escalation of any vendor performance issue and sort out any billing issue

- Track the project leads to ensure project close-outs happen on time.

- Own risk identification, management and reporting to client and at an account regional level

- With the Client; define, agree and report on key performance indicators. Understand, document and disseminate client specific processes to teams.

- Drive consistency in project delivery by JLL across client's projects (including standards, process, communications, reporting, stakeholder engagement etc)

- Demonstrate knowledge transfer from lessons learnt amongst the core and site team members to improve service delivery.

- SPOC for client ; Organize and update on weekly calls - status of all projects across India

- Manage the documentation as required from client's end and upload the same on client's portal.

- Ensure that the vendors are compliant as per the laws of the land ( tracking the project teams to ensure statutory labour compliance from vendors )

Required Qualifications & Experience

- A degree in Architect, Civil Engineering or Mechanical / Electrical engineering with relevant experience in Project Management, Real estate or related field or; a combination of formal education and work experience of ten (12-20) years, 6 of which must be related to all aspects of Construction /Project Management/Realestate.

- Preferable experience in managing multiple projects (interior fit-outs) for MNC clients in India

- Should be flexible to work across time zones as and when required.

- Fluent in spoken and written English.
