Duties & Responsibilities Role Brief:
Major Role of Operations with Support in Business Development
Role Description :
- The candidate will play a key role in taking care of smooth operations with managing the quality and timelines of the deliverables.
- The Manager is also expected to identify and develop new clients for Strategic Consulting. The aim of this activity to be develop long-term relationships. forward looking real estate strategies for large Multinational Corporates, Indian Companies, Government and quasi-Government bodies, 3PL & Warehousing players, Investors, Developers and Land Owners. The candidate would also act as coach and mentor for team-members and help build strong relationships with on-shore colleagues / cross-broader teams and clients, identifying areas where AP Consulting can improve quality and increase the scope of work.
Role Details :
- Grooming of the team. Identify gaps and find solutions to solve the same (by suggesting training and conducting workshops etc)
- Understanding and clearly outlining objectives of the clients requirement and assignments
- Strategise and brief the team involved in operation for quality and timely delivery
- Identify innovative solutions and develop report structures accordingly
- Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets and competitors
- Align atleast 60 New Business Development meetings annually for the reporting manager

- Following skill sets / experiences would be evaluated favorably - Experience with Change Management, Strong Quantitative Skills, Core Management Consulting Experience, Research & Analytics Experience
Ancillary skill-sets :
- Well-versed with data analytics tools such as MS-Excel, MS-Access, Microsoft Power BI; presentation tools such as MS-PowerPoint, Visio; Project Management tools such as MS-Projects
Education : Any Post-Graduate /Diploma (MBA, CA, Engineering, CFA)
