Duties & responsibilities :
- Incentive /Commission calculations, Provision, Pay-out as per policy.
- Incentive /Commission - monthly reconciliations, periodic true-up
- Completions of Audit - SOX, Internal Audit, special Audit and Statutory Audit.
Performance objectives :
- Incentive /Commission calculations, Provision, Pay-out and reconciliations and true-up as well as validate all the calculation as per policy.
- Assessment will be done on the basis of timely deliveries, perfections, accuracy and value-additions.
Key skills :
- Accounting concepts
- Revenue, C&B, AR Management, withhold.
- Quick observer, communications, co-ordinations and writing skill
Employee specification :
- Qualified CA with 2+ years of PQE
- Knowledge of MS office
- Familiar with ERP software- People Soft, SAP
