TITLE : India/ West Asia Sub Regional Lead (India and Bangladesh)
BUSINESS UNIT : For Upcoming BFSI Client of Integrated Facilities Management
REPORTING TO : Regional Account Director
DIRECT REPORT POSITIONS : Site Facilities Managers /National Team Members/country FM Lead
POSITION GOALS :
- This role will be the single point of contact for CLIENT in India, dedicated to ensure a high level of client interface and develop client relations.
- This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the facilities / property management service delivery system on the client project; primarily Asset Management and Operations.
- In this capacity, the RAD is accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the capital and expense budgets, short and long-term regional projects, operations and maintenance, interface with senior managers in client real estate / Facility team and business units, coordination with other key managers within the client alliance partner organizations and customer satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own the Super KPI process, results, comments and associated Action Plans
- Provide the leadership to the Facilities Management team at the clientsite/country FM lead
- Manage to the GMP and OM budgets of the countries
- Be the single point of Management Control for FM in the country
- In consultation and collaboration with all managers oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service
- Bring innovation in to the service delivery
- Ensure client satisfaction with the client Facilities Management team by providing a seamless interface into the client's real estate organization.
- Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
- Understand the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with functional managers and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.
- Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets.
- Support the Clientin the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.
- Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the client.
- Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client and minute actions.
- Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salary administration.
- Set IPMP goals and objectives for teams
- Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.
- Share best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for JLLIFM.
- Special,/ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior as and when required
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES :
- Client Satisfaction measured through the Super KPI
- Level of communication within the organization and with the client.
Continuous improvement in the following:
- Morale and satisfaction of employees under management
- Improvement and savings initiatives for the client as well as JLL
- Manage to the GMP
- Greater self-perform
- Identification of more business opportunities for JLL with the client.
- Ensure the KPI targets for the account are met
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
- A university degree or professional qualification in engineering, real estate or facility management
- Over 15 years of relevant and practical experience in property or facility management
- Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions
- Strong leadership, people and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Hindi, and other languages will be preferred
