JLL - Business Analyst

Duties & responsibilities What this job involves :

- Maintaining and analysing P&L, EBITA service line-wise. Highlighting the core issues and risks, wherever required

- Preparation of MIS, reports, dashboard on defined intervals

- Assisting with the business case for various service lines

- Communication with regional heads & clients to up-keep the business developments

- Supporting Business in all sort of Adhoc reports/presentations, analysis

- Outstanding receivable analysis & management for various service line

- Requirement analysis - business line-wise, area-wise, individual target-wise

- Revenue Forecasting for all service lines basis past trends / plan achievement. Identify loopholes and discuss with service line heads / office head to close the same

Performance objectives :

- Deep dive analysis on P&L Statements for all the service line and flag issues as when the need be

- Coordinate with regional managers, business heads as per the requirements and make sure that business requirements are met on time

- Evaluating performance vis a vis forecast/plan and informing concerned stakeholders in advance

Key skills :

- MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint

- Well adept with Balance Sheet / P&L and Cash Flow Statement

- Interpersonal Skills
