Brief JD :

Title : Associate Director/ Local Director - Corporate Finance

Business unit : Corporate Finance

Reporting to : MD Corporate Finance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Candidate should have demonstrated strong business development skills and activities through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing and new relationships, particularly focusing on large corporations (multinational and Indian) and having wide experience in business sourcing and origination in this segment.

- Should have prior exposure to real estate transactions such as asset sales, leasing, land sale or development joint ventures.

- Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development across different geographies/cities, working alongside other directors in the group.

- Demonstrated ability and skills to independently inculcate relationships with key clients and accounts, and the ability to lead a team of professionals to deliver bespoke solutions to these clients.

Transaction Management :

- Advisory and investment services to effectively conclude major transactions

- Predominantly focusing on the Indian market, especially Mumbai. This includes involvement in preparing of information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical,market intelligence, and inputs from solicitors& tax consultants.

- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as timelines, cash flows, and presentations.Strong financial skills.

- Candidate should have demonstrated client and program management skills for sale/acquisition transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients.

- Candidate should have demonstrated the ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of sale/acquisition deals.Prior experience in land and asset sales/transactions in the city of Mumbai will be preferable.

General :

- Candidate will be required to travel across different cities during the course of business for Business Development and project specific purposes.

Remuneration Structure : Candidate will be remunerated on a base salary plus Commissions as applicable.
