JLL - Analyst - Capital Markets Team

TITLE : Analyst

BUSINESS UNIT : Capital Markets

REPORTING TO : Manager / Assistant Vice President

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Business Development :

- Proactively engage in business development activities with large-scale Real Estate Developers/users of Real Estate Capital

- These activities need to be undertaken through networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units.

- Meeting the key decision makers at the developers/users of Real Estate Capital

- Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Managers in the group

- Manage preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc.

Support Transaction Services :

- Closely work with the line manager in assessing client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.

Support the manager on the following deal structures -

1. Equity & Mezzanine Funding/Advisory

2. Debt Syndication & Land Divestment

3. Joint Venture & Joint Development

4. Redevelopment/Portfolio Exit Advisory

5. Investment Acquisitions/Sales

- Financial & Quality analysis and Cash flows are essential for this profile. Building & Editing Financial models, Preparing MoUs and pitch books

- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
