Job Description :

- Assess and evaluate various large-sized Mixed-Use and Commercial Real Estate Development Projects on feasibility and profitability.

- Conduct Primary and Secondary research to validate assumptions made as part of the model.

- Create financial and business models related to the product mix of the project.

- Work with the senior management/ leadership of the company to identify and reach out to strategic partners, key relationships in India and outside.

- Design effective alliances. Acquire specific frameworks in partner selection, network development and alliance design

- Create and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments

- Manage negotiations and close partner opportunities.

Requirements :

- Commercial / Quantitative graduate degree with 2-4 years of work experience in real estate advisory.

- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

- Passionate about entrepreneurship and has a business mindset
