JK Technosoft - Digital Delivery Manager - Retail & CPG Domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The Retail & CPG Digital Delivery Manager will drive and deliver the digital transformation projects for the segment within planned budget and timelines.

- The Delivery leader will lead the delivery majorly in areas of Domain led transformation projects, Data transformation. Modernization, Customer experience and Hyper automation areas

- Define and drive any modernization approach that works with current and upcoming customer needs/vision.

- Assist in establishing market-leading delivery and innovation practices by defining career and learning pathways for project team members to enable them to implement good practices and exceptional delivery processes

- Collaborate with deployed staff and our customers across multiple projects to provide consultative advice, guidance, governance, and assurance

- Engage with our clients to lead delivery within complex engagement, projects, and teams, including planning, monitoring, and guiding testing efforts.

- Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to communicate and manage risks and issues while maintaining accountability of Digital programs

Skills Required:

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic Delivery Manager who is passionate about all aspects of Project / Program deliveries including Solutions as per customer need/vision

- Project / Program strategy preparation

- Well-versed with Estimation, Planning, Execution, Financials, Employee Engagement, Utilization, delivery Processes etc.

- Well-versed with the current market trends from a technology perspective (e.g. Hyperautomation, Cloudification, Modernization - Non-Disruptive etc.)

- Hands-on execution knowledge

- Excellent knowledge of Agile & Waterfall Metrics and Measurements with a clear idea of Continuous Improvement

- Should be able to guide teams in delivering projects, defining a portfolio of service offerings, and building good practices
