Strategy Function : 

- To direct and oversee the business' strategic and long-range goal planning function.

-  To drive strategic initiatives and support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals

- To analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, internal business performance and business process improvement

-  To provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility

-  Providing inputs into developing the ABP (Annual Business Plan)

-  Facilitating the strategic review and planning processes with the leadership team, to enable the development of aligned and integrated business plans

- To manage relationships with cross functions to enable smooth delivery of strategic initiatives

- Developing an analytical framework, strategic business models & tools, presentations, reports, creative & relevant dashboards for critical & effective decision making

Branding Function :

-  Planning, coordination, monitoring and strategizing of all branding & communication initiatives

-  Devising the annual branding calendar (ATL - television, radio & print and BTL - OOH, visual merchandising, development of POSM and MICE activities) aligned to the strategic business and marketing objectives of the Organisation

-  Utilizing consumer insights to develop brand positioning / architecture that would build a connect with the target audience.

- Demonstrate creative judgment that creates effective advertising and to communicate the core message, drive brand equity / imagery and impact sales performance

- Managing the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) function and responsible for planning and conducting all dealer network engagement / incentive tours (international and domestic), R&R programmes and events

- Managing overall scope, direction and terms of the Agencies and all other vendor relationships (assignment to appropriate projects, defining roles, responsibilities and deliverables)

- Leading digital strategy for the Brand by creating engagement platforms on FB, Twitter, YouTube & Linkedin.

-  Identifying the key constituents (e.g. channel partners, marketing team, technical department, advertising agency, research agency, event managers etc.) needed for success and establishing strong working relationships that will gain their alignment and support to ensure brand strategy, plans and programs will be executed properly to drive growth
