Qualification CA Rank Holder is a Must with 3 to 4 years experience

Master Maintenance:-

- GL Master maintence and generation of edit reports for GL and responsible for all supportings and approval for any change.

- Cost centre maintence and generation of edit reports for CC and responsible for all supportings and approval for any change.

Interface Uploads (SAP-BPCS and viceversa) and others:-

PandA to BPCS Upload :

- Running the Monthly T/B in PandA

- Import into Mapping File in MS Access pogram

- Reimporting the T/B post correction to CCs/GL A/c code or Mapping file update

- Generating the File with BPCS GL A/c codes & the Format for upload to BPCS

BPCS to PandA upload :

- Running the options in BPCS to generate Report

- Reconciliation of the controls

- Import into Mapping File in MS Access pogram

- Generating the File for upload to PandA

- Monthly matching of SAP and BPCS balances

Reconciliations:-

- Matching of balances of SAP-BPCS month on month

- Preparation and analysis of balance sheet reconciliations

- Monthly Closing & Reporting

- Assisting in monthly closing of books of account

- Reporting of financials internally and to region on a monthly/quarterly basis

- Preparing income/expense schedule and opex reports and cost centre analysis.

- Audits

- Responsible for providing information for statutory, internal, tax audit
