A leading client of AdAstra is on the look out for Jive Architect for its Chennai Location.

Job Description

Total 5-10+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of ECM Community applications experience.

- Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle

- Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives

- Implement ECM Community applications architecture by building components and custom designs; prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system

- Manage customer relationship by communicating architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues

- Proficiency in architecting and designing solutions using ECM Community product suites and review the detailed designs

- Recommend best of breed customer solutions, based upon existing products and/or custom work

- 5- 10+ years experience in IT

- 2+ years of experience working with ECM Technologies that incorporate community applications such as Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, Jive, WordPressOpenText Collaboration etc.

- 2+ years of experience in analytics for communities. Experience in specific products such as Radian6, HootSuite etc. a plus

- 2+ years of experience in User Generated Content, commenting systems architecture. Experience in specific systems such as Disqus, Facebook Connect etc. a plus.

- 5+ years in application architecture/enterprise architecture, design, systems integration and development, package implementation

- Proven leadership and managerial skills to independently manage teams, during multiple phases of the project lifecycle

- Strong skills to effectively interface with client executives
