Purpose of Job :
In this role, you will work closely with the Jiva Leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies, in line with our vision, that enable us to remain on the forefront of our fields of work. The sphere of work encompasses the full range of HR activities, including Recruitment, HR Operations and Talent Management. You will support all key stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of these programs in order to maximize employee satisfaction and performance levels.
KPIs/Deliverables:
- Employee satisfaction and retention rates across key roles
- Engagement and interaction with senior management on organization structure and people requirements
- Satisfaction of top employees with development programs and individual progress
- Talent pipeline objectives, including effective succession planning; employee selection and retention.
- ROI for development and training
- Cost control targets: headcount and employee costs; training and development costs; average cost-to hire
- Staffing success rate for key positions
