We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Brand Manager to lead our brand marketing efforts for our cutting-edge consumer tech fintech products and services.
This role demands a digital-first approach with expertise in running always-on paid brand campaigns and product marketing.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligning with business objectives to drive brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty among target audiences.
- Plan and oversee the execution of integrated multi-channel brand campaigns across digital (SEO, paid social, display, SEM, etc.), PR, Print, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with product management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
- Leverage marketing analytics and consumer insights to optimize campaign performance, test new channels/tactics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage agency relationships and external vendors for campaign execution and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Define brand guidelines, content strategy, and creative briefs to maintain a cohesive and impactful brand identity.
Requirements:- 7+ years of proven experience in brand management, preferably in BFSI/fintech domains.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, LMS for content management, Appsflyer, Omniture, Clevertap) and consumer research methodologies.
- Solid experience in managing agency relationships and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
