The leadership team of the company are experienced professionals who have excelled in their fields ranging across customer relations, sales, marketing, finance, credit risk, investments, technology, and product.

Job Responsibilities

- Build, engage and grow B2B (Institutions, Company Treasuries, Intermediaries, Large Brokers, Sub-brokers), Family Offices, Ultra HNIs, and IFA partnership business leveraging demonstrated strong sales, established network, engagement, communication, financial acumen, and product knowledge skills especially debt products.

- Onboard new clients and partners to explore curated fixed income products. Broad knowledge of wealth enablement products and strong knowledge of fixed Income products especially bonds (listed and unlisted NCDs), Commercial Papers, and SDIs/PTCs is critical to succeed in this job role.

- Identify potential clients and partners through market research, networking, and industry events. Understand clients' investment goals, needs, and strategies. Engage with current/potential clients to present our fixed income solutions and how our solutions can greatly benefit their portfolio or their clients' portfolio.

- Continuously engage with clients to build trust and loyalty by offering best service to meet their needs with a long-term view. Engage with leadership team to build new solutions whether it is new product needs or technology platform needs. Share client feedback and shape the building of the future distribution strategy.

- Own the roadmap for distribution strategy for future readiness including team strength, margins/rewards to clients and partners for various products that would establish AI Growth Private Limited as a strong business partner for long term.

- Build and lead a team distributed PAN India to acquire, engage, educate and distribute curated fixed income products.

- Address all queries related to investment opportunities by discussing with internal teams and providing details on time. Assist with all the required inputs/ data/ investment reports for the partners/clients whenever required.

- Responsible for key KPIs including - new clients/partners onboarded, investment volume across products, AUM managed, retention of the partners, channel profitability, etc.

- Willingness to travel to establish win-win long standing relationships.

Preferred experience:

- 12+ years of experience including 5+ years of leadership experience in distributing wealth products including debt products.

- A master's degree from an accredited educational institution.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically.

- Proven skillsets showcasing established wealth distribution network, healthy sales & distribution record, team management, product knowledge, market knowledge.

- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to converse clearly, concise information to Management and team, ability to multitask.

- Knowledge of investment products such as equity, bonds, mutual funds, government securities, etc. is a must.

- Strong finance knowledge to read and explain an investment opportunity is must (liquidity, investment security, leverage, outstanding debt, revenue, loss rates, financial performance, credit ratings, burn rates, etc.)

- Comfortable using and embracing technology (CRM platforms, Reporting Tools, MS Office, etc) to better and drive the business efficiently.
