The role will own & lead content ideation, material research, and writing across all distribution channels including Website, Blogs, Social Media, Email, Whatsapp, etc. ensuring that it accurately explains our investment offerings and also aligns with our brand's voice, values, and goals. The person will work closely with his/her manager along with other folks such as Growth Investment Manager, content writers, editors and other marketing team members both internally and externally like freelancers/agencies. Additionally, this person will also work closely with Investments & Leadership Team on some of the content topics.

Responsibilities:

- Establish a strong understanding of investment product offerings

- Ideate, develop and execute content strategy across all distribution platforms

- Make sure all content is accurate, presented well for easier consumption, SEO optimized, and aligns with our brand standards

- Create differentiated content aligned with the distribution platforms whether it is videos, blogs, email, website, posters, etc.

- Collaborate, develop and manage a content calendar that encompasses all business needs

- Managing a team of interna/external writers, editors, and content creators, providing feedback and coaching as needed

- Track performance (feedback/engagement metrics) on how the content has been received, and optimized regularly

- Be updated on new market changes, industry trends, regulation and economic factors, and incorporate happenings into the content strategy

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 5 years in investment related content space

- Finance domain knowledge is mandatory related to investment asset classes, personal finance, investment portfolio, risk return tradeoffs, economic factors, etc.

- Proven ability to research and create simple engaging stories on complex subjects that is easier to understand for customers

- Proven track record of being very creative, and leading content strategy across distribution channels

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of writers/editors

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Good understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices

- Strong analytical skills to track performance and leads via data driven decision making
