- Build, maintain, monitor and leverage platforms to create a Digital eco-system for Company business. Working closely with Marketing and Business functions, design online campaigns and maintain branding and engagement initiatives across Social Media through owned, earned and paid media.
- Implementation of Digital Strategy across touch points/platforms- through agency and direct interventions, drive initiatives, content strategy for the business- B2B, B2C and B2P.
- Manage Social media platforms, ORM and Marketing to optimize, engage and measure against KPIs for campaigns/servicing.
- SEO for website, blog and social platform (social search) optimization, aimed at improving search results, keyword optimization.
- Managing and maintaining all digital marketing assets - website, mobile app, Mktg CRM, any other applications
- Publish dashboards and trends using interaction data, analytics to provide insights
- Create digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
- Work with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Prepare emails and newsletters to send to current customers.
- Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers.
- Optimize the business website to increase online traffic.
- Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.
- Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance.
- Maintain and monitor online listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success.
