Job Title:- Talent Acquisition Lead

Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring that we bring in individuals who not only meet our current needs but also contribute to our long-term objectives and company culture.

Responsibilities:-

1. Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Sourcing and Attraction:- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.

3. Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements and standards of the organization.


4. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

5. Employer Branding:- Enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice through the development and promotion of the employer brand.

6. Diversity and Inclusion:- Implement strategies to attract diverse talent and foster an inclusive hiring process.

7. Talent Pipeline Management:- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, including proactive sourcing and networking.

8. Metrics and Reporting:- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rates, and provide regular reports to management.

9. Compliance:- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and employment practices.

10. On boarding:- Coordinate the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and alignment with company culture and values.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and candidate assessment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.

- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
