2. Knowledge of Advanced Control Systems methodology (Level-II Automation)

3. Deep understanding of Incident, Change, Problem and Knowledge management processes

4. Ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams

5. Demonstrated proficiency of working in a challenging and demanding support environment

6. Have an analytical frame of mind and inclination for early problem detection

7. Ability to drive business critical incidents to timely and logical closure and define priority

8. Ability to identify As-is processes and To-be processes

9. Provide quality solutions to team

10. Ability to configure scenarios in relevant MES modules

11. Prepared Functional Specification / Configuration documents

12. Communicate effectively with Project manager, team members and Client

13. Knowledge of ITIL methodology

14. "Deep techno-functional understanding of System Integrations (SAP, ACS & PLC) & Integrational methodologies (OPC, DB Linking, Socket Programming etc.)"

15. Good hands on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverable
