Department: HR & CR Coils

Job Purpose: To work as a Zonal Sales & Marketing team member across India location. Handling HR & CR coils.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.

2. Analyze data to develop insights that contribute to the formulation of effective sales and marketing strategies.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

4. Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

5. Assist in the development and execution of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

6. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the customer base.

6. Develop a deep understanding of hot rolled and cold rolled coils, including technical specifications and applications.

7. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers.

8. Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.

9. Coordinate with QA, PPC & Operations departments to address customer queries and concerns.

10. Prepare MIS and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

11. Imparting SAP Domain knowledge for data mining.

Working Location: PAN India

Desired Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Metallurgy)/M.Tech/MBA (Marketing/Operations)
