Internal Communications:

1. Contribute to the monthly internal newsletter, highlighting key achievements, updates, and employee spotlights.

2. Craft engaging and informative topical emailers to keep employees informed and connected with organizational happenings.

3. Develop and execute employee engagement campaigns, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

4. Manage and coordinate video shoots, capturing processes, testimonials, CSR projects, and other relevant content to enhance internal communication.

External Communications:

1. Draft press releases on regular business developments.

2. Pitch exclusive stories to media to garner positive coverage and enhance the organization's public image.

3. Liaise with local media for effective communication and coverage of company events and activities.

4. Oversee the creation and placement of newspaper advertisements to enhance brand image.

Branding:

1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate creative collaterals for events and OOH branding tools.

Content:

1. Strong proficiency in English and Hindi content writing
