Jindal Stainless - Financial Analyst - CA/IIM/ISB

New business initiatives - Including Mergers & Acquisitions / Greenfield projects / Joint Ventures / Technology Transfers:-

a. Market research and assessment, market sizing, growth potential, benchmarking, key success factors

b. Market entry and go-to-market strategy, strategic collaborations, setting up the supply chain

c. Transaction structuring for ongoing transactions, including drafting of definitive agreements, liaising with legal and financial consultants, and transaction advisors

d. Agreement negotiations - Interactions with partners/prospective partners & external financial and legal advisors

- Drive special initiatives/projects - Assistance in business structuring covering accounting, tax, legal and regulatory implications.

- Business case evaluation (Opex/ Capex/ New line of Business) - Validation and in depth analysis of business cases from a financial and operational - opportunity sizing, feasibility returns, etc, along with recommendations.

- Validation of business assumptions in light of the overall industry scenario including growth, profitability, etc and firming up of business and delivery models.

- Financial reporting, review and analysis, and assistance in closure of complex accounting issues.

- Effective tracking of business drivers, industry developments, changes required in operating strategy and giving ideas for improvement.

- Identify the business drivers and levers for growth and profitability and keeping track of business environment and industry developments on national and international levels in technology, regulatory fronts, and business and delivery models

Qualification and work experience

- CA or MBA from a premier (Tier 1 institute - IIM / ISB)

- Prior experience in a reputed financial advisory organisation, or strategic planning, preferable from a Big 4 firm or MNC consulting firm

- Working experience of 3-5 years in transaction advisory, due diligence (financial and commercial) and / or strategic consulting

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
