- Brand marketing manger for JSL will own the JSL brand architecture and will drive awareness and engagement through classical ATL (Above The Line) and Influencers Experience Management initiatives. - He/She will use his experience in understanding various brand reports to arrive consumer decision journey, brand detractors and map brand assets required in the CDJ. - The brand manager should have an exposure in Brand Positioning (CDJ of consumer / customer, Brand Key, Brand Essence &amp; role of the Brand, Brand Architecture), understands Brand reports like Brand Funnel/ Brand Track, brand assets (like brochures, POSM, etc ). - Understanding of Media Planning and Buying will be an added advantage. Driving brand awareness around positioning platform of - Progressiveness &amp; Progressive Mindset through various campaign is the key responsibility, therefore will be responsible for the brand track ownership in delivering awareness in the first year of operations and the - consideration. - Deploying cost effective &amp; efficient tools to reach right TG is the skill which the role needs to poses. - Should have knowledge of various channels of digital marketing like social media, website management, digital PR, Search engine marketing and SEO. - Further the role demands thorough brief writing skills and liaison with mainline agency for standardized brand assets. Will support digital marketing manager to seed brand /category relevant communication that is consistent with the ATL communication. - As brand manager the role demands strong interpersonal skills, sharp communication and presentation skills. - Ability to decipher consumer needs. A self starter /go-getter who is focused on outcome as well the journey. Agency management experience is a must. - The individual should be having a 5-9 years of relevant experience as stated above, should be adaptive, &amp; should be able to handle uncertainty &amp; ambiguity with - lan. Working with diverse cultures, people, mindsets, demographies &amp; genders is given. Maturity, sincerity &amp; zeal to break records &amp; set the new ones for self &amp; company is mandatory. Salary : 15- 25 Lakhs/annum
