JGI Venture - AVP/VP - Sourcing & Execution - Mandates - Technology

AVP/VP will be responsible for sourcing mandates & execution of mandates for fund raising, finding strategic partners/ Investors for the client.

- Primary focus will be on Technology mandates.

- Candidate may also be part of/responsible for mandate sourcing/execution from other domains.

- Expected to build and grow Technology vertical.

- Expected to be a part of end-to-end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/ buy-side mandates.

- Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, working closely with middle / senior management teams.

Preferred Technical Expertise and Skills :

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of Investment Banking Experience.

- A minimum of 1-3 years of Mandate sourcing experience.

- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

- Expertise with Excel,Power Point & Word

Education Background : BE, MBA
