Job Title/Designation: Senior Instructional Designer.

Reporting To: VP-New Business Development

4. Job Purpose:

To develop custom eLearning courses & corporate content.

5. Key Accountability

1. Development of framework of Content development- Design and develop curriculum content, training materials, training modules etc

2. Manage all aspects of content development through the vendors and training partners.

3. Evaluate and update existing content by understand need of audience by visiting

- Companies

- Internal Employees

- Students

- Vendors

4. Manage relationship with team & vendor to update changes in existing systems.

5. Execution and development of content

6. Establish process of verification and testing. Reviewing storyboards, WBTs and simulations
