Job Purpose :
- The Center Manager is responsible for managing, directing, administrating and coordinating all Center activities to ensure that the work expands and flourishes and that the revenue and profit targets are met.
Key Accountabilities :
- He/ She will be responsible to implement the corporate strategy, mission, vision, values and success principles and align these to the 4 widely important goals - FCT, Customer Satisfaction, Placement and Examination.
- Responsible for conducting timely and fair performance appraisals for staff in coordination with the HR Department
- Responsible to prepare budget, Sales and Marketing plan, expenses plan, capital budget and manpower budget in consultation with Regional Office / Head Office; to ensure Centre achieves the target as per the budgets
- Check and ensure that the fee instalments are paid on time by the students, so that outstanding is nil
- Ensure front office is given the batch slots for sales on time; to ensure the books, ID cards and bags are arranged for
- Ensure every faculty is assigned a minimum of 3-6 batches at all point in time
- Ensure every faculty is FCT certified without which he/she will not be allowed to take classes
- Ensure maintenance, safety and cleanliness of the centre
- Take action and resolve Non Conformances reported during centre assessment audits
- Ensure a back up copy of MIS reports and Techtrain databases are sent to HO in a timely manner
- Ensure best quality of education delivery at the Centre
- Review batch schedule for batch delays and take action to avoid further delay
- Ensure optimum placements and ensure set CTC standards are met.
- Address student grievances and keep them to a minimum. Ensure student dropout rate is nil
- Analyse feedback on parameters like teaching, labs, course-ware and other facilities and implement appropriate action
- Responsible to review and approve Track.com every month on completion of each module
- Update all the staff members with the latest happenings in the market
- Conduct house visits against enquiries generated and drop outs
- Prepare Track.com before the commencement of any batch
- Responsible for organizing Nayee Disha and in-house workshops on a monthly and quarterly basis respectively
- Attend training programs for self advancement
Qualifications & Experience :
Qualifications :
- B.E / B.Tech with 3 year experience in any industry / Graduate in any stream with 5 yrs of experience
Experience :
Relevant : 3 yrs for B.E / B.Tech & 5yrs for Non B.E / B.Tech
Total : 5+ years in any other industry

External : Communication with business partners or other centre managers
