HireEd is an innovative EduTech start-up which is backed up by business group with interest in education sector. HireEd aims to fill the gap of essential education for the workforce to upgrade themselves from current level to next degree without having to sacrifice their current full time engagement with the company. HireEd has currently almost half a dozen universities under its umbrella and working towards more partnerships.

Role :

- Identify, connect and propose hireEd solution to corporate.

- Work in an engaging and dynamic environment focused on bringing corporate to the point to close the arrangement for sponsoring its employees for the various courses offered by universities for learning program.

- Understands new trends and customer segments to identify new market opportunities to drive growth and expand the market share for our offered courses.

- Monitors our markets and evaluates the activities of the competitors and support in setting the competitive sales strategies aimed at capturing competitive market share

- Developing relationships with the existing customers and also build higher level of customer satisfaction for finding new customers through prospecting

- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of his/her sales calls & meetings with prospective clients.

- Train and manage team to achieve the goal.

Expected Qualifications :

- Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred

- Prior experience of about 10 years with good results

- Displays a high level of personal and professional integrity

- Experience in Educational sector would be added advantage.

Skills :

- Competent Presentation and negotiation skills

- A hunter's mentality and competitive spirit

- Challenges and initiatives that can be translated into education services opportunities

- Understanding of CRM and discipline to manage the information

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
