JDA Software - TMS Architect - Consulting Services - Transportation/Logistics Domain

Role - TMS Architect - Consulting Services

Experience Required :

1. Min 10-15 yrs exp in Transportation/Logistics domain (Techno Functional).

2. Preferred experience in both OTM and SAP TMS (i2 TMS will be an added advantage).

3. Experience with Order Management, Shipment Management, Rate Management, Financials and business process automation (experience with agents and integration).

4. Must have experience with ocean freight transportation.

5. Experience with Transportation Topology Design Systems, Tools and Automation portfolio to improve efficiency and accuracy of the planning process.

6. Define a clear long-term vision for transportation system, tools and automation. Drive innovation in this space.

7. Providing industry subject-matter expertise related to Freight & Logistics topics (across various modes: Ocean, Air, Truck, Rail, Forwarding and/or various trends: IOT, workforce of the Future, etc.)

8. Leading complex organizational transformation, process redesign and/or system implementation initiatives, leveraging industry experience.

9. Experience with SAAS.

Basic Qualifications :

- 10+ combined years experience of experience in Transportation Design, Process improvements and Network optimization

- Strong verbal and written communication in English.

- Excellent team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and high ability for data mining.

- Experience in managing team.

- Excellent Microsoft Office/PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel and VBA.

- Preferred SCRUM certified.
