Job description and skills required :

- Experience working on C, C++, VC++, MFC, C#, SQL, PL/SQL, .Net Framework, Windows Services

- Exposure to COM,Win32 Native API, WPF will be good

- Resource should be very strong in technical and possess design capabilities.

- Keeps abreast of technology trends.

- Should be a good self-learner.

- Develops detailed technical designs

- Picks up new technologies with ease, solves complex technical problems and multitasks between different projects

- Performs code reviews, verifies extensibility and reusability, minimize complexity

- Experience in Performance tuning, Security fixes, Cloud application development

- Excellent problem solving skills & communication

- Experience in Supply Chain / Enterprise product development a definite plus

Responsibilities :

- Hands-on design, coding & development

- Demonstrates expertise in applicable technologies, products, and tools

- Demonstrates the ability to apply domain concepts into the solutions and product areas

- Demonstrates good understanding of the product and its architecture

- Identifies reusable components

- Ensures that the architecture meets RASSUI standards

- Ensures that the solution built satisfies business and technical requirements

- Assures execution of Unit Tests

- Manages technical issues, coding, and configuration to ensure delivery of module and project

- Proactively identifies defects and ensures that they are resolved

- Mentors the development team to ensure that design patterns, coding standards, unit testing standards are in compliance

- Brings in best development practices

- Ensures that the code is delivered for Integration Build and Test which includes the release content

- Tests and integrates with other development tasks

- Demonstrates problem solving and innovation

- Plans and prioritizes work

- Ensures that performance requirements are met

- Provides performance statistics based on predefined requirements

- Reviews requirements and scenarios

- Participates in interviewing of developers

- Owns responsibility to develop and maintain complex product modules
