JBM Group - Unit Head

- Individual should have experience in managing plant/unit operations and P&L.

- Achieve target performance indicators in terms of Productivity, Quality and Cost.

- Responsible for customer deliverable's as per plan and addressing customer complaints and handle key client interaction

- Managing budgets, costs, controls, product deliveries for the unit .

- Oversee measures and project to implement quality targets, cost efficiency and productivity.

- New Product Development and start of production for all the new businesses / products from time to time in line with customers ramp up.

- Formulating yearly Budget, Business Plans and achieving the desired revenue and EBIDTA.

- Providing strong leadership & ensuring high morale, team work & good employee relation at all levels including shop floor.
