Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Specialist

JBM is venturing into Artificial Intelligence business to help other enterprises transform for the age of AI. This is a chance for you to get in on the ground floor of an exciting AI company.
The ideal candidates for this role will have deep knowledge of one or more Industries - Retail, Media, Manufacturing, Healthcare, experience in developing partnership strategy, a track record of influencing change within large organizations, and the ability to synthesize and execute against complex problems and aggressive timelines.
Here's what you will do:
- Identify key industry trends and uncover market needs and use cases that may apply to AI solution
- Discover new opportunities and expand existing base in Enterprise Mainstream accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
- Develop and support business development plan, and drive execution within the region
- Create new leads from prospecting efforts, as well as create campaigns for industry-specific events
- Execute a strategic solution sales process that adds value to customers through commercial teaching to win the business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
- Build strategic, long-term relationships with business and technical executives and decision makers in named accounts
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and future strategic partners, primarily in the focus industries
- Establish meaningful relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders
- Inform, influence, support, and execute on the company's priorities
- Work in a highly cross-functional environment to build end-to-end programs
- Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment
Here- re the skills you should have:
- 5+ years related experience in partner management and/or business development; experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy group experience a plus
- Experience with AI a plus. At a minimum must be comfortable understanding and communicating AI solution to partners
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Influential leader driving internal stakeholders to consensus on important priorities
- Experience working, influencing and negotiating with external business partners
- Strong quantitative abilities, intuition, and analytical skills
