Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization Business plan, Management Approval, implementation and successfully running it
- Developing strategic business relationships for long term benefits of the Organisation with innovative approach for business growth and expansion from concepts level to execution
- High Techno commercial understanding of the product
- Knowledge of Batteries & Charging System
- Expertise in new business feasibility study, establishment, Infrastructure development & channel network creation
- Good Market Knowledge and business relations in Indian EV Industry
- Preparation of the Time plans, Risk Management, Project charter,
- Co-Ordination with various departments, identifying stake holders
- Project execution, ensuring the resources supply, On-site-off-site coordination, Managing the field escalations, warranty issues, variant management and continuous improvements of the product thus maintaining the life cycle management.
- Vendor development, Technical review with the vendors, periodic audits/visits, checking of the Quality against the standards, Testing of systems in various stages.
- Definition of the Electrical architecture, Power distribution methods, defining the Input/output control Load Logics, Control Circuits design, Design Review, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis(DFMEA), Worst Case Circuit Analysis(WCCA) DVP
- Selection of Components, Cables, Connectors &Testing Checking of the components against the standards Technical review with the Vendor for Proto development, Validation against the requirements
- Concept definition for the Proto models and support for the implementation and trouble shooting.
- Experience strategy roll out of Electric Vehicles in India and the necessary charging infrastructure set-up
- Addressing the Field escalations, simulation & analysis with help of systematic problem solving approach methodology, validation of counter measure and implementation of solution after design verification tests.
- Liasioning with all policy level matters in Ministries and Govt Agencies and directing business plan according to future opportunity in line with policies and regulations
Professional requirements :
- At least 25 overall work experience with a minimum of last 5 years as Functional Head leadership role.
- Rich experience of Strategy planning & Execution.
- Demonstrated ability to function and lead effectively in a large family owned business environment
- Fluent in English & Hindi. International experience and being multilingual with other local/international languages will be appreciated.
