Job Description:

As the Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that attracts, retains and motivates top talent for our India operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and procedures that are competitive and compliant with local laws and regulations.

- Conducting salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure pay ranges are aligned with market rates.

- Developing job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions.

- Managing the performance and delivery of the compensation and benefits team.

- Leading and managing the annual performance management cycle.

- Developing short-term and long-term incentive program.

- Creating best-in-class benefits portfolio.

- Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure the accurate administration of payroll, benefits and equity programs.

- Creating and delivering compensation training for managers and employees.

- Developing and implementing employee communication strategies to ensure that our employees understand and appreciate the value of their total compensation package.

- Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including benefit providers and survey vendors.


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, finance or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.

- Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and US.

- Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data and make recommendations based on data insights.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and Legal.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.

- Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
