Jazzmyride.com - Email Marketing Specialist

SUMMARY:

Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote a product or service. Determines target audience, devises campaign, and launches email campaign to create buzz or generate leads for the business

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Create and analyse email marketing campaigns to achieve the following KPIs for Jazzmyride.com

- Relevant user traffic

- Sales / Revenue

- Profits

2) Using customer behavior analysis, manage customer base segmentation to ensure maximum return on investment for email marketing campaigns.

3) Develop a detailed understanding of Jazzmyride's product catalog to be able to create the email content in the most effective manner.

4) Devise strategies to increase the opt-in user database through various customer touch points and marketing campaigns.

5) Use statistical analysis to analyse and improve email campaigns on a continuous basis.

Coordinate with email service providers like Netcore / octane etc to manage the spam control or other technical aspects related to email marketing

Required Skills:

- Understanding of email marketing techniques and reporting anlaysis

- Ability to understand automotive merchandising including knowledge of various accessories, spare parts, car/bike make model variants, etc.

- Analytical bent of mind and knowledge of statistical techniques to analyse consumer behavior through various data points.

- Advanced Excel knowledge is a must have. Person with database (e.g. MySQL / Access) knowledge would be an added advantage

Experience:

- 3-4 years experience

- eCommerce experience is preferred
