We require for our reputed Client in Chemical Sector based in Delhi / NCR with manufacturing sites in Gujarat.

Position : Project Control and Planning

Qualifications : BE/B.Tech. Degree in Chemical /Mechanical

Position Level : AGM/DGM/GM

Reporting to : Head of Projects

- Facilitate & Support Head Projects for Management control and Review.

- Facilitate and implement management control, & review as per agreed schedule

- Share and Circulate agreed Project Schedule to all stakeholders.

- Sound knowledge of Project Costs Estimation (Civil and Mechanical & E&I)

- Prepare & Circulate MIS Reporting for all Projects (ongoing / new)

- Preparation of Project plan, Project budget

- Implementation of project plan ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources

- Plans resources, arrangement of allocation of resources as per the project plan

- Monitors Projects. commissioning schedule highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance

- To prepare method statement submits to clients/consultants for approval

- To prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work

- To drive, conduct and own the progress review meetings at fixed intervals

- To analyze the gaps between the planned Vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team
