Java Technical Manager - IT

Our client is one of the leading providers of information technology, business process outsourcing and consulting services, looking for Java Technical Managers for one of their largest verticals to be based in Bangalore.

Looking for :

- Good hands-on experience in handling complex Java / J2EE technical projects (Time & Material & Fixed Bid models), Coding & Java Design patterns implementation.

- Proven track record for implementing Java/J2EE projects end-to-end (Requirement analysis, Design, Code, Testing & Deployment to production, warranty support) within deadlines.

- Good hands-on experience in preparing java task estimations (Functional points, Use case, WBS)

- Good hands-on experience in preparing project plans covering 6-8 months timelines (Dev, Testing, Production cut-off, support). Prepare intermediary planning for modules/tracks.

- Experience in Agile projects (Driving scrum calls, review scrum activities, prepare sprint plans, review / provide scrum point estimations)

- Coordinate with different teams (Java, UI, architects) to prepare planning, provide WBS and estimations, define plans for issue resolutions during IT/UAT/Production support.

- Ability to deep dive for Root cause analysis, provide technical problem resolutions (Application code issues, Design issues)

- Suggest and control Project process - initiate & drive project management process (Setup calls, escalate, measure impact, risks, etc)

- Very good assertive communication skills who can understand the client scenario, define solutions and drive the team.
