- Mandatory exp working in Banking domain or working in financial captives

- Exp working in Innovative Payment Domain

- Developing applications leveraging Java Stack, Spring Boot, UI Technologies(ReactJS, Angular, JQuery), Web Services, Data streaming, DevOps tools, Design Patterns & Cloud Platform enablement with engineering focus

- Take ownership of delivery and manage multi-release projects in AGILE and Waterfall methodologies

- Ability to drive technology evaluations and provide direction to team

- Excellent people management exp

- Should be able to handle a team of 40+ members
